Cannot Print IVA+Plus / IVA-AE Results

Typically, the inability to print test results would be due to the product operating in trial mode.  The limitations of trial mode are

  • Limited to 2 Tests
  • Limited to 2 Reports
  • Inability to Print or Export Data or Reports

Your test could be running in trial mode if

  • You’ve never registered it
  • You’ve migrated the software to a new computer without contacting support
  • You had to reinstall or restore Windows to an earlier point.
