When attempting to use the Video Player exercise in SmartMind, you receive the following error:
Unknown media effect: “”
Exercise: SmartMindDVD
This issue occurs when the “Media Feedback Effect” option under “Specific Exercise Options” is set to no value as in the image below.
To resolve, simply click on “Specific Exercise Options and then choose one of the available “Media Feedback Effects” from the dropdown menu, and then press “OK” to save the setting. You may now attempt the Video Player exercise again.
