TNT Reading AE – Registration Instructions for a Computer with Internet Access

Screenshots and images (where available) may differ slightly from what is shown below but all the options should be the same.

For Initial Start-Up (Professional)

  1. Install the software according to the instructions on the DVD/CD jacket. If the software is already installed, then skip to Step 2.
  2. The Program setup Wizard will appear with several options. Choose “Register using Customer ID and Password” and press the “Next” button.
  3. Enter the Customer ID and Password provided to you with your purchase and press the “Next” button.
  4. Press “OK” on the prompt that states “You have successfully registered your system and created your player database.”
  5. Select the option for “View and Download Licenses” and press “Next.”
  6. Select any available licenses that you wish to apply to your computer and press the “Next” button.
  7. Continue through the Wizard to complete setting up the system.

 

After Initial Start-Up (Professional Only)

  1. Start the program by double-clicking on the desktop icon. If not prompted with “Register Using Customer ID and Password”, then click on the “Advanced Menu” button or “Advanced” button in the lower right corner of the screen.
  2. From the Advanced Wizard, click on the “Registration & Support” button on the right-side of the screen.
  3. At this point, you may be asked whether they want to register via “Internet,” “Network,” or “Purchase Subscription,” or “Cancel.”  (Click for image) If so, choose Internet.  If you are not asked, skip to Step 8.
  4. The system will prompt you to to Verify that your computer time and date are correct.
  5. Enter the Customer ID and Password (Click for image) provided with the original purchase.
  6. Select the licenses that you wish to download from the Available license list (Click for image), then click the “Download” button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Any downloaded licenses will now appear onscreen.  Station Licenses will typically activate automatically (Click for image).  Player and Cloud Licenses will need to be activated manually to the desired player(s).  Click either the “Manage Player License” button or the “Manage Cloud License” button to Activate those licenses to the appropriate players.
  8. If in Step 3, the system did not prompt you with the different Registration options, then you are probably at the Main Registration and Support screen (Click for image).  From that screen, you can click on the “Manage Station Licenses”, “Manage Player License” or “Manage Cloud License” button to download and activate any licenses you have on your account.  If none of those options are available, then click on the “Setup Account” button and then choose “Internet” when prompted how you wish to register.
  9. Enter the Customer ID and Password (Click for image) provided with the original purchase.
  10. Select the licenses that you wish to download from the Available license list (Click for image), then click the “Download” button at the bottom of the screen.
  11. Any downloaded licenses will now appear onscreen.  Station Licenses will typically activate automatically (Click for image).  Player and Cloud Licenses will need to be activated manually to the desired player(s).  Click either the “Manage Player License” button or the “Manage Cloud License” button to Activate those licenses to the appropriate players.
