Value 0 is not a valid value for Interval. Interval must be greater than 0

The error:

“Value 0 is not a valid value for Interval. Interval must be greater than 0”

is often a secondary issue caused by the improper or incomplete loading of the sound system.  The error message is often preceded by a warning about the inability to find a sound card or sound output devices (headphones or speakers).

If you do not have a set of headphones or speakers plugged in to the computer, then please connect one to your system and then restart the program.  If you do have headphones or speakers connected and are still getting the message, then first try restarting your system.  If the problem is still nto resolved, then contact BrainTrain Technical Support by submitting a ticket.
